​Elevating Ilé-Ifẹ̀ Football: Why Home and Away Kits Are Non-Negotiable for Grassroots Clubs

Grassroots football in Ilé-Ifẹ̀ is brimming with talent, passion, and ambition. Across our local pitches, young athletes showcase remarkable skill and dedication every week. However, if we are serious about raising the standard of football in our ancient city and preparing our players for national and international pathways, we must address a glaring, unacceptable flaw in club administration: the chronic shortage of proper playing kits.

It is an embarrassing reality that several football clubs in Ilé-Ifẹ̀, some of which have been in existence for over five years, cannot boast of even two complete sets of match jerseys (Home and Away).
